Gwennap Pit provides opportunities for pupils to learn about John Wesley, Methodism and mining. A speaker will guide you around the site if required. The circular terraces in the Pit can also provide a bit of fun and exercise for energetic children as walking around each terrace from top to bottom and up again covers one mile.
